About the Role:

As a Synergy  Homecare of Clifton Secaucus Babysitter, you will:

 * Provide loving and engaging care for children of various ages in private homes.

 * Follow client instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.

 * Maintain a clean and safe environment for children.

 * Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as playtime, reading, and outdoor activities.

 * Communicate effectively with parents and the agency staff.

Qualifications:

 * Proven experience working with a childcare agency (highly preferred)

 * Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

 * Legal right to work in the United States

 * Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 * Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for children

 * First Aid and CPR certification
