We are is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Regional Admissions Coordinator to join our team in TN. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our patients, families, and referring physicians.

About the Role:

As a Regional Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless transitions for our patients across multiple facilities and locations. Your expertise will enable us to optimize our admission processes, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance our reputation in the community.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination: Coordinate admissions across multiple facilities and locations, ensuring timely and efficient transfers of patients.

• Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and families to provide exceptional customer service.

• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex admission-related issues in a fast-paced environment.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care and satisfaction.

• Data Management: Accurately maintain and analyze patient data, tracking key metrics and identifying trends.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5 years of experience (we're excited to train and develop the right candidate!)
