Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our resident-centered care team at Nightingale at Crossett. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with daily needs, promoting dignity, comfort, and safety while contributing to a positive, team-focused environment.
About the Role
As a CNA at Nightingale at Crossett, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs
Providing comfort, companionship, and respectful interaction throughout the day
Responding promptly and kindly to resident requests and call lights
Clinical Support & Documentation
Taking and recording vital signs, weights, and other routine measurements
Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nurse
Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility policies
Teamwork & Communication
Collaborating with nurses and fellow CNAs to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Participating in shift handoffs and communicating effectively with coworkers
Supporting a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work culture
Environment & Safety
Maintaining clean, safe resident rooms and common areas
Following infection control, safety, and facility protocols
Supporting survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
Active CNA certification in the state of Arkansas
Previous long-term care or healthcare experience preferred but not required
Compassionate, patient, and committed to excellent resident care
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work assigned shift
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
