We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our resident-centered care team at Nightingale at Crossett. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with daily needs, promoting dignity, comfort, and safety while contributing to a positive, team-focused environment.

About the Role

As a CNA at Nightingale at Crossett, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs

• Providing comfort, companionship, and respectful interaction throughout the day

• Responding promptly and kindly to resident requests and call lights

Clinical Support & Documentation

• Taking and recording vital signs, weights, and other routine measurements

• Observing and reporting changes in resident condition to the nurse

• Maintaining accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility policies

Teamwork & Communication

• Collaborating with nurses and fellow CNAs to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

• Participating in shift handoffs and communicating effectively with coworkers

• Supporting a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work culture

Environment & Safety

• Maintaining clean, safe resident rooms and common areas

• Following infection control, safety, and facility protocols

• Supporting survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Active CNA certification in the state of Arkansas

• Previous long-term care or healthcare experience preferred but not required

• Compassionate, patient, and committed to excellent resident care

• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work assigned shift

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
