Director of Admissions and Marketing

Bellbrook Health & Rehab, part of The Pavilion family of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, is seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Admissions & Marketing Director to join our leadership team. This role is key in welcoming new residents, building community relationships, and ensuring smooth transitions into our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire admissions process, from inquiry to move-in, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for residents and families

• Collaborate with hospital case managers, physicians, and community partners to promote the facility

• Conduct tours, present facility services, and answer questions for prospective residents and families

• Maintain accurate census data and generate regular reports for leadership

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen community presence and referral relationships

• Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless resident onboarding

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in skilled nursing facility admissions and/or marketing strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of healthcare referral networks and hospital discharge processes

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources and the community

• Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
