Premier Genesee, a 160-bed facility in Batavia, New York, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide CNA to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a premier senior care provider, we are committed to delivering high-quality care to our residents. Our beautifully designed facility offers a full continuum of care, from temporary respite stays to long-term skilled nursing care, and we are dedicated to helping everyone achieve their most optimized outcomes.
Certified Nurse Aide CNA Responsibilities:
Provide individualized care to our residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
Participate in creating a positive and supportive environment for residents and colleagues
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
$21-22.75 per hour for experienced CNAs like you!
Full Time Hours Guaranteed (if desired)
Certified Nurse Aide CNA Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of New York
Prior experience as a CNA preferred, but we're happy to train and mentor new graduates!
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with minimal assistance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
