As a RN or LPN at Vantage Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to assigned patients. This includes providing basic patient care, collaborating with fellow team members to administer prescribed medications, and educating patients about their treatments. Nurse Duties and Responsibilities 

·        Supporting patients through illness, injury, or recovery. 

·        Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care. 

·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations and policies. 

·        Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring the correct dosage and method of delivery. 

·        Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and post-treatment care. 

·        Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and preferences are respected while also promoting their safety and comfort. 

Nurse Qualifications and Skills 

·        Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields. 

·        Familiarity with medical equipment and procedures. 

·        Compassionate and caring demeanor with a patient-focused approach. 

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

·        Ability to build strong rapport with patients and team members.

Additional Information 

·         Full-Time, Part-Time, Per Diem positions available for RN or LPN on all shifts.
