Job Summary:
The Marketing Director will cultivate strong professional relationships in Pueblo and surrounding area establishing strategic partnerships throughout the community to increase awareness of our services in Lamar, CO driving patient referrals. This role will contribute to the growth of our organization while enhancing access to quality care for individuals and families.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated success in healthcare marketing, business development, or outreach

• Strong networking and relationship-management skills

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities

• Proven ability to build and sustain partnerships with healthcare professionals and community stakeholders

• Goal-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding growth objectives

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Skilled in community engagement and public relations initiatives

• Knowledge of healthcare services, referral networks, and market development strategies

• Professional, approachable, and dedicated to exceptional service

• Passionate about improving access to care and positively impacting the community

Requirements:

• Degree in a related field is desirable

• Experience as a LTC marketer

• Clinical Background is very helpful

• Excellent verbal and communication skills

• Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Insurance payer systems

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
