Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking Full Time an Per-Diem Nurse Practitioners with either Adult or Family Practice Certification to provide primary care at our inpatient substance abuse treatment program. The Nurse Practitioner works independently to screen patients for admission, perform history and physicals, and provide sick call as needed. The ideal candidate would have availability on weekends. Experience in addiction, as well as in detox/rehab, is required for this position.

Full Time Schedule:

8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Employees work either Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday on an alternating basis, depending on the Saturday rotation.

Requirements are at least 2 years experience working as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, a current New York State Registration, DEA, NYS Medicaid registration, Infection Control Certificate, CPR Certification, Opioid Attestation, and NPI. Medical malpractice is paid for by the facility.
