Job Title: After-Hours Support Coordinator
Location: Mount Vernon, WA

Paid: flat rate $50 per weekday evenings, $144 per weekend day

Shifts: 5pm-8:30am and 8:30am-5pm (weekdays and weekends as needed)

Job Summary:

As an After Hours Scheduler with Right at Home Northwest, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless scheduling and support for our clients and care associates. Working independently, you will coordinate and manage schedules from Monday to Friday, from 5:00 pm to 8:30 am, and cover weekend shifts as needed. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently will be crucial in ensuring the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate and manage schedules from Monday to Friday, from 5:00 pm to 8:30 am, and cover weekend shifts as needed

  • Assist with scheduling in the office, learn and assist with scheduling in Wellsky Personal Care (scheduling software)

  • Monitor and manage schedules in Wellsky Personal Care for up-to-the-minute status

  • Keep accurate, precise, and timely documentation

  • Respond promptly and courteously to all in-bound client or caregiver calls

  • Coordinate and manage staffing changes to ensure schedules are maintained and staffing levels are adequate

  • Notify all relevant parties of any staffing or scheduling changes using our 3Cs model: Clients, Care Associates, and Care Managers

  • Attend to shifts as a backup caregiver, if required

  • Ensure all client and employee needs are met in a timely manner

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience in the healthcare field

  • Certified Home Care Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred

  • Desire to work with and improve the quality of life for seniors and disabled adults

  • Ability to multi-task and stay calm in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail

  • Basic office and computer skills and organizational abilities

  • Knowledge of Wellsky Personal Care and/or scheduling software (training will be provided)

  • Good customer service skills and ability to ensure all client
