Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to clients in their homes

• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and transferring

• Assist with managing medications and medical equipment

• Monitor and report changes in a client's condition to the healthcare team

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client care

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements:

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or PCA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - not mandetory

• Ability to lift and transfer clients safely and comfortably

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
