As a Certified Medication Aide (Medication Assistant), you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, assisting with the administration of medications and providing excellent patient care. You will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure accurate and efficient medication management, while also promoting a positive and healing environment for our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications to patients under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

• Assist with vitals checks, toileting, and other basic care needs

• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medication administration

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
