Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the facility

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations

• Oversee financial performance, staffing, and operational efficiency

• Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction

• Foster strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and the community

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio LNHA license in good standing

• Previous experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to balance regulatory compliance with compassionate, resident-focused care
