Social Service Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Service Director to join our team at Envive of Brookville. As a Social Service Director, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional social services to our residents, ensuring their overall well-being and quality of life. Responsibilities:
Demonstrates knowledge of age-specific developmental factors specific to adult and geriatric residents in planning social services programs
Plans social services programs for residents with therapeutic, neurological and dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, and infectious diseases, if applicable
Promptly follows-up on admission inquiries, evaluates and assesses the needs of prospective residents to determine appropriateness of facility placement
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience as a Director of Social Work in a large LTC setting preferred
BSW or MSW preferred, or Bachelors degree in a related field
At least one year experience in Social Work field required
