Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital sign measurements, and medication administration

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to creating a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements

• Current CNA certification in the state of Nebraska

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

• Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed

• Familiarity with electronic medical records preferred
