Maintenance Director Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily maintenance operations, including repairs, renovations, and capital projects

• Supervise and train maintenance staff, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects

• Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and standards

• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations

• Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping, dietary, and activities, to ensure seamless operations

• Budget and manage maintenance costs, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
