Job Summary:
We are looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality personal care services to our residents in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, according to their individual needs and preferences
• Provide personal care services, including incontinence care, mobility assistance, and vital sign monitoring
• Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities to enhance resident care and satisfaction

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-oriented mindset
