Pay Range: $18.50-$22.50/hr
Schedule: Full-time & part-time shifts available (Now Hiring for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift Med Passers. Must be available every other weekend and holidays (shared between employees)

What You’ll Do

As a CBRF Med Passer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our residents’ wellness and independence.
Your daily impact will include:

• Safely and accurately administering medications in accordance with state regulations and company policies.

• Monitoring and documenting resident health status and reporting changes promptly.

• Providing personal care assistance and emotional support as needed.

• Collaborating with nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest quality of life for each resident.

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and positive environment for residents and team members.

What You’ll Bring

• Current CBRF certifications (Medication Administration, Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid, and Choking).

• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or a related senior care setting preferred.

• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented approach to resident care.
