Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year

Able Minds ABA is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team! We are committed to delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services while fostering a supportive environment for our clinicians.

This position offers a hybrid schedule, combining in-person and remote responsibilities to provide flexibility and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills assessments

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and Behavior Technicians

• Conduct parent and caregiver training

• Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modifications

• Complete clinical documentation and reports in a timely manner

• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing

• Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential required

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
