Are you a passionate Registered Nurse leader ready to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to partner with our Director of Nursing in leading a high-performing clinical team and delivering exceptional resident care.

Your Impact Starts HereLeadership & Clinical OperationsPartner with the Director of Nursing to lead daily clinical operations, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations
Help plan, implement, and evaluate nursing programs that support quality care and positive outcomes
Serve as a clinical leader and role model, fostering accountability and excellence among staff
Step in to provide hands-on clinical support during staffing or resident care needs
Guide, coach, and support nursing staff to build clinical competency and confidence
Conduct rounds to ensure residents’ needs are consistently met with compassion and efficiency
Oversee and support ongoing education and in-service training programs
Promote a culture rooted in teamwork, respect, and open communication
Monitor and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices
Participate in QAPI and performance improvement initiatives to drive better outcomes
Assist with audits, surveys, and regulatory readiness efforts
Serve on facility committees and contribute to strategic quality initiatives
Participate in an on-call rotation to provide leadership support after hours
Respond to urgent clinical or staffing concerns, ensuring continuity of care
Act as a reliable resource for staff, helping guide decision-making in real time
Active, unrestricted RN license in the practicing state
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical practices
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Current CPR certification
