The Mariemont Care Center is seeking a bold, results-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our facility with confidence, vision, and a strong commitment to excellence. Position OverviewThe LNHA will provide overall strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the facility. This role requires a confident, hands-on leader who can build strong teams, elevate care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive census and financial performance.
The ideal candidate is proactive, accountable, and comfortable making strategic decisions that move the facility forward. You will be supported by a strong corporate team while maintaining the autonomy to lead effectively at the facility level.
QualificationsActive LNHA license in the state of Ohio
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
Proven success in census development, operational improvement, and financial management
Ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable in a skilled nursing environment
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to drive change and improve outcomes
