Director of Marketing -  Nursing Home

Located in the Upstate New York region

Salary up to $75K Per Year **based on experience**

Responsibilities of the Director of Marketing: 

• Establish and maintain strong ties with hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, senior living communities, and local physicians.

• Represent the facility at community events, senior centers, and civic organizations to increase visibility.

• Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to meet admissions and census goals.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and positive representation across all channels.

• Identify trends, assess competitors, and use data to inform strategy. 

Qualifications of the Director of Marketing

•          Must have a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
•          Must have marketing experience in long-term care
•          Must have connections to local hospitals in the area
•          Experience/ability to establish new connections
•          Excellent oral and written communication skills
•          Must be able/willing to travel
