Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking attentive and compassionate CNAs to join our team! CNAs are essential to delivering resident-centered care by assisting nurses and other medical staff with daily personal care and support.

If you are a dedicated CNA with a passion for helping others, we want you on our team!

As a CNA, you will:

• Provide hands-on care and support residents with daily activities

• Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility

• Turn and reposition residents who require assistance

• Respond to patient calls and requests, providing comfort and care

• Communicate observations about resident conditions to nursing staff and supervisors

• Document care accurately using forms, logs, and reports

• Follow facility policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality

• Participate in ongoing CNA training and stay current with facility standards

• Contribute to a positive work environment by proactively assisting the team

• Active New Jersey CNA Certification

• Knowledge of nursing care and patient safety standards

• Friendly and professional bedside manner

• Current CPR certification

• Strong communication, multitasking, and observational skills

• Understanding of legal and ethical responsibilities in patient care
