Dental Office Manager:
Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry & Braces.
At Lone Star Pediatric Dentistry & Braces, we're looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our team and ensure our practice delivers exceptional care and outstanding service every day.
As our Dental Office Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the practice, support and develop our team, create an exceptional patient experience, and help the office achieve its operational and financial goals. If you're an organized, positive leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, we'd love to meet you!
Qualifications:
- Previous dental office management experience required.
- Leadership experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing team members.
- Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and practice operations is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental practice.
- Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and coach team members.
- Foster a positive, professional, and patient-focused office culture.
- Conduct team meetings, performance evaluations, and employee coaching.
- Ensure excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor office performance, scheduling, and daily production goals.
- Support billing, collections, and revenue cycle processes.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations.
- Partner with Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, and other support teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and workflow.
- Promote a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
