We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aides to join our team in Watchung, New Jersey. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Certified Home Health Aide, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care to patients who require assistance with daily living activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and ambulation
• Assisting with medication management and wound care
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to the healthcare team
• Maintaining accurate records of patient care and services provided
• Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Home Health Aide or related field
• Current certification as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or willingness to obtain
• Ability to work evenings, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centric approach to care
