A healthcare facility in Blair, Wisconsin is seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 13‑week contract. This role offers a consistent daytime schedule and the chance to support patients in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment.

Schedule & Details

• Start Date: 8/10/2026

• End Date: 1/9/2027

• Shift: 8‑hour days/evenings rotating shift

• Hours: 40 hours per week

• Weekly Gross Estimate: $1,410

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility support

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition

• Assist nursing staff with clinical and non‑clinical tasks

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Support a safe, clean, and compassionate care environment

Requirements

• Active CNA certification

• Current BLS certification

• 1 year of previous CNA experience in longterm care or skilled nursing facility is required

• Ability to commit to the full 20 week contract
