Mount Zion Health & Rehab Center is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone passionate about delivering quality resident care, supporting staff development, and creating a positive culture throughout the facility.

Your Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the facility

• Lead, support, and develop department managers and staff

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

• Oversee staffing, budgets, and financial performance

• Promote quality care, resident satisfaction, and positive community relationships

• Collaborate with clinical leadership to support strong outcomes and survey readiness

• Maintain a positive and professional presence within the facility and community

• Be available for emergencies and on-call responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license or eligibility required

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of senior healthcare management experience preferred

• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and long-term care operations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience with budgeting, staffing, and financial management
