• Coordinate with other departments, such as dietary, nursing, and activities, to ensure seamless resident care

• Develop and implement effective meal service processes and procedures to meet resident needs and preferences

• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food quality, presentation, and service meet company standards

• Analyze food inventory and supplies, making recommendations for cost-effective solutions

• Collaborate with the executive chef to develop menus that cater to resident dietary requirements and preferences

Requirements:

• Proven experience in food service management, preferably in a healthcare setting

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
