Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring that all nursing staff are adequately trained and supported to provide exceptional care to our residents.

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of care and services for our residents.

• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including mentoring and coaching to promote professional growth and development.

• Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports, resident assessments, and care plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a long-term care setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff, residents, and families.
