Job Description
We are seeking a unique, dynamic professional to join our assisted living team.
This dual-role position combines the heart of clinical care with the drive of senior living sales.
You will provide high-quality personal care to our residents while actively participating in community outreach, conducting facility tours, and helping families navigate the transition into our community.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide certified home health aide (CHHA) care to residents.
-Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
-Conduct community tours for prospective residents and families.
-Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email.
-Maintain relationships with local healthcare referral sources.
-Follow up with sales leads using our CRM system.
-Represent the facility at local community health fairs.
Qualifications:
-Active State Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license.
-Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience required.
-Previous experience in sales, customer service, or marketing preferred.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Empathetic personality with a passion for senior care.
-Proficiency with basic computer programs and database entry.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
