Customer Service Rep

Customer Service requires:

• 4+ years' customer service experience

• Proficiency in the use of computer to navigate between different websites, effective communication, time management, problem-solving, and active listening.
• Empathy to understand provider frustration, problem-solving, and active listening.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products

• High school diploma/GED

DUTIES:

• Responsible for answering inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring overall provider satisfaction. I
