BCBA Clinical Leadership Opportunity

Crown ABA is growing and we are looking for a Lead BCBA to grow with us.

This is a leadership opportunity for a clinically strong BCBA who also has great interpersonal skills and enjoys supporting others. You will step into a role alongside a highly supportive clinical and operational team that truly works together.

We believe in reasonable caseloads, real mentorship, and building something meaningful.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a manageable caseload
• Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to BCBAs and RBTs
• Collaborate closely with our Clinical Director and leadership team
• Support quality assurance and clinical excellence
• Help shape systems as we continue to grow

You will not be doing this alone. We communicate openly, support one another, and make decisions as a team.

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification
• Strong clinical and ethical judgment

Compensation and Benefits
