Purpose of Your Job Position:

• The primary purpose of your position is provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and any other duties that may be directed by your supervisor.

• Complete patient care with timely response and compassion.

• Work with peers to complete tasks as assigned.

• Report to direct supervisor appropriately.
