What You’ll Do
As LNHA, you’ll serve as the operational and cultural leader of the facility—guiding teams, ensuring regulatory excellence, and creating an environment where residents and staff thrive.
Leadership & Operations
- Direct daily operations in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and interdisciplinary teams
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and excellence
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and employee engagement
- Conduct daily rounds to maintain high standards of care, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction
Regulatory & Compliance
- Maintain survey readiness and oversee plans of correction
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, infection control, life safety, and all regulatory standards
- Review incident reports and implement proactive prevention programs
- Serve as HIPAA Privacy Officer
Financial Stewardship
- Oversee budgeting, billing, reimbursement, payroll, and financial reporting
- Review monthly financial statements and maintain fiscal responsibility
- Ensure timely bank deposits and financial controls
Community & Resident Engagement
- Build strong relationships with residents and families
- Participate in admissions and provide tours when needed
- Represent the facility with professionalism in community and industry activities
- Support marketing and public relations initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Current, active Nursing Home Administrator license
- Proven leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) setting
- Strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Financial acumen and operational management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A leader who values integrity, compassion, and accountability
