OUTREACH MARKETER- NYC

Responsibilities and Duties

• Seek out and develop relationships with various Referral Sources.

• Build relationships with referral sources via presentations, face to face contacts, phone calls, meetings, etc. to increase revenue through direct referrals.
• Work with other members of the office to establish and monitor established goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Marketing, along with two years related experience and/or training preferred
• Must have experience in home care sales/marketing.
• Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a positive, professional, business image.
• Dynamic and energetic.
• Passionate about working with people and building long term relationships.
• Engaging, approachable and likable.
• Able to connect with referral source and gain their trust.
• Able to handle rejection with resolve.
• Able to look beyond competition and penetrate accounts that have been ingrained with competitors.
