Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, as needed

• Monitor and report changes in clients' condition to the healthcare team

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans

• Promote a safe and healthy environment for clients, and support their independence and autonomy

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care
