Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Provide patient care in a skilled nursing / long-term care setting
Take and document vital signs, weights, and intake/output
Observe, report, and document resident condition changes
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Support restorative nursing and mobility needs
Requirements
Active IDPH Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
