- Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary leadership team to achieve strategic goals
Qualifications
- Current Nursing Home Administrator license (or eligibility for Washington licensure)
- Demonstrated success leading a skilled nursing facility
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and long-term care operations
- Proven leadership, financial, and operational management skills
- Ability to coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable
- Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
