Job Description

Job Description
Join One of the Top-Performing Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Region
This is a rare opportunity to lead a CMS 5-Star skilled nursing facility with exceptional clinical outcomes, strong financial performance, and an outstanding reputation throughout the community.
Unlike many administrator openings, this is not a turnaround. The hard work has been done. The systems are in place. The team is engaged. The culture is strong.
We are seeking an accomplished Nursing Home Administrator who can preserve the momentum, strengthen existing processes, hold a high-performing team accountable, and continue elevating an already exceptional organization.
What You'll Inherit
  • CMS 5-Star facility with excellent quality outcomes
  • Strong clinical, operational, and financial performance
  • Highly competent interdisciplinary leadership team
  • Established systems and operational infrastructure
  • Positive survey history
  • Growing referral relationships and community presence
  • Stable workforce committed to excellence
This is a true turn-key operation that allows the next leader to focus on continuous improvement rather than rebuilding fundamentals.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for a leader who:
  • Leads with accountability and integrity
  • Sets high expectations while supporting their team
  • Can execute through others rather than doing everything themselves
  • Understands the importance of culture, systems, and consistency
  • Makes data-driven operational decisions
  • Maintains regulatory compliance without sacrificing resident experience
  • Continually looks for opportunities to improve quality, census, and organizational performance
Success in this role means protecting what has been built while identifying opportunities to make it even better.
Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership for facility operations
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives
  • Hold department leaders accountable to organizational objectives
  • Support continued census growth and community partnerships
  • Foster a culture centered on resident outcomes, employee engagement, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary leadership team to achieve strategic goals
Qualifications
  • Current Nursing Home Administrator license (or eligibility for Washington licensure)
  • Demonstrated success leading a skilled nursing facility
  • Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and long-term care operations
  • Proven leadership, financial, and operational management skills
  • Ability to coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable
  • Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
Why This Opportunity?
Top administrators rarely get the opportunity to inherit a building already positioned for success.
If you're looking to step into a high-performing organization where you can make a lasting impact-not by rebuilding from scratch, but by taking excellence to the next level-this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.
Join a team committed to remaining the premier skilled nursing facility in the region and help shape the next chapter of its success.
Compensation: Competitive salary with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits package.
