We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA Certified Nurse Aide to join our caring team at Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, a 142-bed facility located in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania. As a leading provider of senior care, we offer a full continuum of care services, from temporary respite stays to long-term skilled nursing care, as well as a broad array of specialty programs and services.

About the Role:

As a CNA Certified Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Assisting with transfers, ambulation, and exercise

  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff

  • Administering medications and treatments as directed

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and progress

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families

To Qualify:
