Greenwood Center for Nursing and Rehab is sponsoring a FREE CNA training program to help you begin your healthcare journey!

Before the program begins, you’ll work part-time in a non-certified role (such as dietary or housekeeping) at our facility. This provides valuable hands-on experience while earning a paycheck—then you’ll transition into the CNA class fully prepared.

Mount Carmel Senior Living Community
Mount Carmel, PA

Work Location (Prior to Class):
Greenwood Center for Nursing and Rehab
Tamaqua, PA

Dates: 

5/4-5/25

6/6-6/29

Schedule:

• Weeks 1 & 2: Monday – Thursday

• Week 3: Monday – Friday
  Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  Attendance: Mandatory — missed days result in automatic failure

• Must be 18 years or older

• Must be hired as a part-time employee at the Greenwood Center for Nursing and Rehab until class begins

• Must have reliable transportation to Mount Carmel Senior Living Community

Kitchen/Dining Services:
Shifts available 6 AM – 8 PM, including weekends

Housekeeping/Laundry:
Shifts available 7 AM – 9:30 PM
