State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA)

We are currently hiring compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Full-time and part-time opportunities available on all shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate care and emotional support to residents
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Follow facility policies, state regulations, and infection control procedures
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio STNA certification required
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable and compassionate work ethic
