Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time

Advanceable ABA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in Harrisonburg, VA. What You'll Do
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Design, supervise, and monitor ABA programming

  • Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and BTs

  • Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on client progress

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, and other professionals

  • Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner

  • Stay current with evidence-based ABA practices and ethical standards

  • Advocate for meaningful outcomes that improve each client's quality of life

Qualifications
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Active Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure

  • Minimum 1 year of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience

  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills

  • Passion for working with children and families

Preferred
  • Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

  • Experience providing parent training and caregiver support

  • Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
