We’re hiring a BCBA to support clients in Windsor and Loveland. This hybrid role is ideal for a licensed BCBA seeking flexible hours, meaningful remote flexibility, and the opportunity to build a practical local caseload over time.

Compensation
• $60–$81/hour depending on experience, availability, and caseload fit
• Performance and retention bonus opportunities available based on fit, caseload, and ongoing role success

What You’ll Do
• Oversee care for assigned clients in the Windsor / Loveland area
• Supervise and support RBTs
• Conduct assessments and update treatment plans
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Provide in-person clinical oversight as needed

Requirements
• Active BCBA certification
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
