We are seeking a compassionate and skilled GNA 2nd Shift to join our team at Laurelwood Nursing and Rehab Center, a premier provider of long-term care and rehabilitation services. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role:

As a GNA 2nd Shift, you will work closely with our licensed nursing staff to provide direct patient care to our residents. Your duties will include:

• Assisting with vital signs, admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Providing personal care and grooming to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Assisting with feeding and hydration as needed
• Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for residents
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet resident needs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; nursing assistant certification (CNA) or Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification required
• 0 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work a 2nd shift schedule (includes evenings and weekends)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care and precision
