**About the Role:**

As a Direct Support Professional at Right at Home Cleveland West, you will be responsible for providing a range of services, including:

* Companion care: engaging with clients through conversations, games, and activities to promote socialization and emotional well-being
* Light housekeeping: maintaining a safe and clean living environment for our clients
* Meal prep: assisting with meal planning, preparation, and cleanup to support clients' dietary needs
* Personal care services: providing assistance with bathing, dressing, and other daily living activities

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide personalized care and support to clients in their home settings
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, their families, and other care providers
* Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Manage client medication schedules and provide medication reminders
* Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
