We are a locally owned home care agency with a strong, supportive culture—and we’re growing. We’re looking for a Scheduler who thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly.

About the Role
The Scheduler plays a critical role in the success of our clients and caregivers. You’ll be responsible for coordinating schedules, supporting caregiver-client relationships, and helping deliver the best in-home care experience possible. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office work at our Germantown location four days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers and clients

• Match caregivers to clients to ensure the best possible fit

• Monitor daily schedules and ensure caregivers arrive on time to their shifts

• Answer phones and respond to inquiries from prospective clients and referral partners

• Accurately receive and document referrals and service requests

• Multitask effectively while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor in a fast-paced office environment
  

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in home care, scheduling, or a medical office setting is preferred but not required

• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills

• Ability to work independently while using sound judgment

• A genuine “people person” who enjoys helping others

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least two years of business or administrative experience

• Availability for one weekend per month of on-call duty

Compensation

• $20 per hour, based on experience
