Eastview Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 118-bed skilled nursing facility providing short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, and skilled nursing services to the Antigo community.
Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:• Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
• Lead department heads and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure state and federal regulatory compliance
• Drive quality measures, survey readiness, and operational performance
• Manage labor, budgeting, and financial outcomes
• Support admissions, census development, and community relationships
• Promote employee engagement and retention
• Foster a culture focused on resident care and customer service
• Active Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license required
• Prior experience as an NHA, LNHA, Executive Director, or Skilled Nursing Administrator preferred
• Skilled nursing facility or long-term care leadership experience required
• Strong understanding of CMS regulations and survey process
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong financial and operational management experience
