Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. This is a dynamic and rewarding role that requires strong communication, interpersonal, and technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with mobility and transfer patients as needed
• Take vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for our patients
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in resident activities and promote a positive living environment

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
