Our client seeks a Process Analyst II to lead process analysis, mapping, and improvement initiatives while translating findings into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The role will partner with product, business, and technical stakeholders to manage Agile requirements in Jira, perform data analysis with Excel, Power BI, and SQL, and drive data-informed decisions. The analyst will support quality assurance and change management, evaluate KPIs and performance metrics, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve outcomes.

Rate: $40.00 to $45.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:- Lead business process analysis, mapping, and improvement initiatives. Translate findings into documented requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage Jira and Agile-based requirements gathering while collaborating with product, business, and technical stakeholders.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel, Power BI, and SQL to identify trends, validate data quality, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Support quality assurance activities, including developing and executing QA plans, test plans, validation activities, and release readiness assessments.
- Support change management efforts to enable successful product implementation, stakeholder engagement, and adoption.
- Collaborate across teams to identify continuous improvement opportunities, streamline processes, and drive efficiencies or cost savings.
- Analyze business processes, operational data, data quality and availability, and performance metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform ad hoc process and data analyses to answer business questions and provide actionable insights.
- Utilize data to help teams evaluate opportunities, develop solutions, and measure business outcomes.
- Experience conducting business and user research and translating findings into business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria within Jira.
- Knowledge of and ability to lead process improvement activities, including process mapping and analysis, process design and optimization, methods development, KPI and metric development, ROI and cost-benefit analysis, and financial reviews.
- Proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies, business process documentation, and requirements gathering.
- Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
- SQL or experience querying and validating data.
- Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
