Provide hands‑on daily care, support resident comfort and mobility, and ensure accurate documentation within a close‑knit, community‑focused environment.

• Assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene

• Serve meals and support residents who need help eating

• Help with mobility, transfers, and repositioning

• Take and record vital signs and intake/output

• Respond to call lights and resident needs

• Current CNA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
