Assistant Manager – Sparkle Express Car Wash (Elgin, IL).
$18/hour + Commission + Monthly Performance Bonuses.
Are you a motivated leader who enjoys coaching teams, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales? Sparkle Express Car Wash is looking for an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, and help create an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do:
- Support the Site Manager with day-to-day operations.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coach employees to achieve membership and sales goals.
- Resolve customer and operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and site performance.
- Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Lead by example through strong work ethic and accountability.
What We're Looking For:
- Leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, food service, customer service, automotive, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with a passion for customer service and sales.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
